- Inspect the conditions of the following cemeteries
- Parker 1 – Beaman Rd
- North – Mirick Rd
- Meetinghouse – Mountain Rd
7:30PM Convene at Town Hall Annex
- Document and develop an action plan to address any issues/needs found at Parker 1, North, and Meetinghouse
- Senior Work-off program update – Parker 1 cemetery
- Mowing and Trimming Contract update/ Excavation
- Update of FY18 projects, i.e. stump removal at North, etc.
- Select 2 members to interview Cemetery Superintendent candidates
- Discuss current lot sale and grave opening pricing
- Other business not reasonably anticipated by chair 48 hours in advance of meeting
- Agenda Items for next meeting
